Charles Menaro (President Commissioner)
Master Degree in Ship Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from University in Germany. Started his carreer in Meratus in 1979 as Commercial Manager. He has been in the shipping industry for almost 35 years as CEO from Meratus Group. He is now facilitating and advising the Board of Directors in Developing New Business, high level relationships, ship design and General Management of the Business. 
 

Frank Menaro
Joined Meratus in 1971 as Technical Manager and his last positions in the Management was Asset Director. He has more than 45 years’ experience in Managing Vessels and Vessel Sale & Purchase and New building. Now he is facilitating and advising Asset Management and Ship Management related to New Building, Asset Sale & Purchase, Vessel Maintenance & Repair.

 
Sjarif Hadiwidjaja
Started his career in Meratus 46 years ago and spent most of his working time in Shipping, Stevedoring and Forwarding Business in the Meratus Group. He is deep commercial skills in the Meratus businesses. Sjarif acts both as Director and Commissioner to support Commercial and Business Development, especially in Terminal & Logistics Business.
 

Djeni Rolana (Independent Commissioner)
Master Degree in International Shipping from the University of Plymouth (UK). She has been in the shipping industry for more than 20 years in top management positions of international shipping companies. She has worked in Indonesia, Singapore, Boston, London, Dubai, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi. Currently academically specializing in maritime economic and commercial ship management and lectures on behalf of BI (Norwegian Business School).

Charles Vincent (Group CEO)
Master degree from Twente University Netherlands in 1990 and a Shell sponsored Executive MBA degree in 1992. In 1990, Charles started working with Shell as Scheduler, Planner, Economist and Process Engineer. In 1997 he moved to C&L/PwC where he became equity Partner in PwC Consulting in 2001. Later, as an IBM West-European Executive he ran a 0.5+ BUSD consulting business for Distribution & Industrial Industries such as Transportation, Retail, ConsumerProducts, Pharma, Oil&Gas, Metals&Mining, Electronics, Manufacturing, Automotive and Aerospace & Defense. In 2010, Charles moved with family to China and ran as an IBM Vice President a 1+ BUSD consulting business for Emerging Markets (AsiaPacific, Africa, MiddleEast, CentralEast Europa, LatinAmerica) for the same Industries as he did in West Europe. Since 2013 he lives with family in Indonesia. He rejoined PwC and he was PwC President Director Indonesia Consulting, PwC Chairman Philippines Consulting and PwC Consulting COO ASEAN. Since Sept 2016, Charles is Meratus Group CEO. Charles’ strengths are in strategy & business models, operations & finance, people & organization. He likes practical approaches and creating enthusiastic teams.

 

Herman Suryono (Group CFO)
Graduated from one of the most reputable universities in Indonesia. Work several years with EY. Professionally educated by the AIM (Asean Institute Of Management) and NYIF (New York Institute of Finance). He spent almost 20 years as an Investment and Commercial Banker with the largest financial institutions in Indonesia – he assumed the top management post as a managing director with the Indonesian Financial Institutions. Herman is Meratus Group CFO for more than 8 years and has excellent relationships with Top Tier National and International Banks.
